Captains

Carpathian Cruise LLC is a bareboat charter company: we rent vessels, we do not employ or represent captains. If you choose to hire a captain through this site, you are entering into a separate, independent arrangement directly with that individual. Captains are independent contractors — not employees, agents, representatives, or business partners of Carpathian Cruise LLC — and their selection, licensing, conduct, and performance are outside our control. Any agreement, payment, or dispute related to a captain's services is between you and the captain.
